The Yucatán Speedway will host a leg of the National Racing Bike Mexico Championship for the second consecutive year.
The two-wheeled racers will compete in the racetrack May 18-20 in a competition endorsed by the highest-level international and national motorcycle racing organizations, the FIM (International Motorcycling Federation and the FMM (Mexican Motorcycling Federation).
The event organized every year by Revista 400, is the second time that it has chosen the Autódromo de Yucatán as a venue.
Superbike 1000 (star category), Supersport 600, Superstock 600, Supersport 300 and the RC CUP competition categories will be in play.
The Michoacán driver Nahum Álvarez, who finished the third leg of Superbike 1000 in second place, will be one of the main attractions for the race. The first position was occupied by the Colombian Rigo Salazar.
Tickets, for 100 pesos, are available at the box office, and starting Wednesday will also be on sale at Restaurant Vips at Uptown Mérida and Italianni’s at Altabrisa.
The fifth race in the series of eight will follow at Autodromo de Tehuacán in Puebla.
