Temperatures will continue to be low on the Yucatán Peninsula in the coming days as a result of a cold front in the region.
Lows are predicted to dip to anywhere between 12C/54F and 19C/66F in the coming days.
The frontal system will move today over the area, generating a norte event — a storm from the north — with winds of 20 to 30 kilometers per hour or 12 to 19 miles per hour and occasional gusts greater than 50 kph/31 mph.
According to the forecasts from the Conagua Regional Meteorological Center, we can expect some rain to drizzle over the northwest and northeast portions of Yucatán.
