MEL workshop: Writing as a Mindfulness Practice

This workshop with author Kaiya Ansorge begins with an introduction to using writing as a tool to practice mindfulness. Participants will engage in writing exercises that help bring to awareness the words that flowing through one’s consciousness. Bring your favorite tools for writing.
