Six months after Elevation Burger opened in Mérida’s north, another U.S. chain has started flipping its own patties in Altabrisa.

Fuddruckers became the franchise’s second fast casual restaurant in Mexico on Monday. Regional franchisee Fuddruckers Mérida unveiled an approximately 5,400-square-foot location in the upscale Plaza Altabrisa fashion mall.

Fuddruckers joins other U.S. chains such as IHOP, Chilis and P.F. Chang’s at Altabrisa.
