A four-cantina tour starts today at 3 p.m. at La Taberna, Calle 47 at the Paseo de Montejo and 56.
Explore the historic center from inside of four well-established cantinas, those informal rough-and-ready bars that are dotted throughout the Mérida.
Stories, competitions and games will be held along the way.
There is no charge, just pay your own tabs as you go.

5 p.m.: El Gallito, Calle 45 x 60 y 62
