More than 50 local and national exhibitors, restaurateurs and related producers gathered yesterday in Parque de las Américas for the First Vegetarian Food Festival with the slogan “Come taste the green side of food.”
The event, just days after International Vegetarian Day, started Saturday at 8:30 a.m. with a free yoga class and Chi Kung in the bandshell.
Later, there were workshops, conferences and tastings of natural, organic and artisanal products.
